Yeni Atmoprawiro is the Founder and CEO, responsible for building the roastery’s long-term vision, financial strength, and business direction.

With more than 14 years of experience running multiple successful companies, Yeni brings a sharp financial intuition and a deep understanding of market dynamics. Numbers are her language, and sustainable growth is her focus. She ensures that the business is built on strong foundations—financially, structurally, and culturally.

Although new to the coffee industry, Yeni entered the world of specialty coffee as a true enthusiast with a businesswoman’s mindset. She believes that great coffee businesses are defined not only by product quality, but also by the systems, people, and leadership behind them. To deepen her understanding, she became SCA-certified in sensory and an SCA-certified roaster, strengthening her ability to bridge business decisions with product quality.

At the heart of her leadership is a belief that logic and intuition must walk alongside craft and vision. Working closely with Pande, she ensures that financial strategy aligns with creative direction—allowing quality to grow without compromising sustainability.

Her philosophy is simple: investing in people is the most valuable investment a business can make. This belief shapes how the roastery trains teams, builds partnerships, and grows its coffee community.

Pande Wedana is the Co-Founder and Coffee Director of the roastery, responsible for overseeing every aspect of coffee quality, from green bean selection to the final cup.

He carefully selects green beans, develops and maintains roasting standard operating procedures (SOPs), evaluates each roast through cupping, creates balanced blends, and ensures consistent quality across all products. His perfectionist approach and attention to detail set the foundation for the roastery’s quality standards.

Pande began his coffee journey as a barista in 2015 and has remained deeply committed to learning and professional growth ever since. Through years of hands-on experience and competition involvement, he earned recognition as a professional latte artist, winning several prestigious latte-art competitions.

Beyond the roastery, Pande is widely respected as a barista consultant. He has mentored baristas, helped set up cafés from the ground up, and supported coffee businesses through both their opening phase and daily operations. He also became an SCA-certified roaster to deepen his understanding of the coffee industry.

Often described as a phoenix, Pande represents resilience and continuous transformation—constantly refining techniques, rebuilding systems, and raising standards. This philosophy shapes the way he approaches roasting, training, and quality control: never static, always evolving.
